Rene and her husband, Jay share a passion for philanthropy. She and her husband have their own foundation Rock and Rescue, www.rockandrescue.org. The Foundation's mission is to raise funds and awareness of the homeless pet population through music talent. Rene also sits on the board of 3 other charitable organizations: STARTrescue.org, Brittany Foundation and SantaPaulaARC.org
